Southdown Stable was the original horse stables on the historic 1857 "Southdown" estate. One of four self-contained cottages on the Estate. Set in six acres of gardened grounds, the property is just three minutes drive to Bowral, many cafes, restaurants, boutique shops, antique markets, food and supermarkets. The many vineyards and Southern Highland Villages and National Parks 10 to 15 minute drive away.
The Stable has been lovingly converted into a cozy self-contained cottage for four to six people. The uniquely decorated interior of Between the Wars is warm and welcoming making for a most memorable stay.
It has two queen bedrooms (one with extra single bed, two bathrooms one with a freestanding bath. An additional single bed is in the lounge open plan area. The Stable can accommodate four to six people.
